Are these businesses fully owner-absent or still founder-led?

Most businesses we source are founder-light — they have operational teams or SOPs in place. We also offer transition support and can help structure earn-outs, rev-share, or part-time founder advisory.

Do these deals come with clean financials and documentation?

Yes. We only list businesses with verified P&L, balance sheets, tax filings, and traffic/revenue proofs. If anything’s missing, our team helps standardize and validate pre-acquisition.

What kind of returns or margins do these businesses typically show?
